fish pie          Pam's Sugar Free Jello Pudding

(Serves 4-6)

No Cooking required, preparation time around 10 minutes

Ingredients:
1 Graham Cracker Crust
1 pkg 4 oz White Chocolate Jello Instant Pudding ( I use sugar free fat free)
1 cup 2% milk
1/2 carton 8 oz. Cool whip lite

1 pkg 4 oz. Dark Chocolate Jello Instant Pudding (I use sugar free fat free)
1 cup 2 % Milk
1/2 carton 8oz Cool Whip Lite

Method:

I tend to mix both instant puddings together and add 2 cups milk, mixing with a mixer very well. Then add the cool whip lite to the pudding mixture and pour into the graham cracker crust. Chill then serve! Serves 6-8

This is geared for a diabetic but full strength ingredients can be used. Also, the more you beat it the fluffier it gets. Almost makes you think you are eating air with the exception of the flavoring.
